What I have realized is that when you make a decision to diet be a little soft on yourself. Choose your favorite foods depending upon your lifestyle which won’t make a hassle for you to eat in less quantity.

Keep a cheat day once a week by keeping a cheat meal. You’ll be able to control all your cravings and the first basic principle is to control your brain what to eat don’t let your brain control you. Choose food wisely and learn the nutritional facts of whatever you are eating and don’t make decisions when your empty stomach.

I am a hardcore nonvegetarian and I believe the amino acids present in non-veg foods are the best quality and a complete chain of amino acids is very hard to find vegetarian foods.

4) Fish
5) And one from the veg (not to hurt vegetarians) Cottage cheese
